🇺🇸 Honoring 50 Years Since the End of the Vietnam War

Last month, we had the honor of joining veterans, families, and community partners for Vietnam Veterans Weekend—a powerful commemoration marking 50 years since the end of the Vietnam War. Among those in attendance was our founder, Job Mashariki, whose own journey from Vietnam to community activism laid the foundation for Black Veterans for Social Justice.

Throughout the weekend, veterans received on-site services, connected with participating organizations, and—most importantly—shared in moments of camaraderie and reflection.

🙏🏽 Special thanks to the New York State Department of Veterans’ Services for organizing this meaningful and memorable weekend.
